NOTICE REVISED FOR CORRECTIONS
The 20 cases listed at the bottom of this message have been filed with the Division of Planning and Development for consideration by the Memphis and Shelby County Land Use Control Board (LUCB) during its regular meeting on Thursday, May 8, 2025, at 9:00 AM in the Council Chambers on the First Floor of City Hall, 125 N. Main Street.
The Technical Review Committee (TRC) meeting will be held on Thursday, April 24, 2025, at 9:00 AM. The cases indicated below with an asterisk (“*”) will be discussed at the TRC meeting. The cases indicated below with a plus symbol (“+”) are minor subdivisions and will be heard at the TRC public hearing and are subject to administrative approval at that meeting. Please provide written comments to the staff planner listed below by Wednesday, April 23, 2025, at 8:00 AM. You may also attend the meeting to provide verbal testimony on minor subdivisions.
The TRC meetings are held in the Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Conference Room on the First Floor of City Hall, 125 N. Main Street.
For all other cases, please provide written comments to the staff planner by Thursday, May 1, 2025, at 8:00 AM. You may also attend the LUCB meeting to provide verbal testimony on any of these matters.
