Year in Review: Land Use & Zoning Cases of 2025

Please join REBA’s Land Use and Zoning Section for a webinar at 12 noon on Friday, February 6th. The Section Co-chairs, Kathleen Heyer, Donna Brewer and Jeff Drago, will present.

At this program, we will discuss some of last year’s most important and interesting decisions, and review a number of case law developments from the past year of particular interest to those who regularly handle land use and zoning matters.

This webinar, which is open to all REBA members, is from 12 to 1 pm on Friday, February 6, 2026.
