Because of you, we will conserve even more of our favorite places...

,

A young man and his friend stroll along the paths at the Eagle River Preserve. Anglers skillfully navigate the waters at Miller Ranch Open Space. A family hikes to the base of East Vail Waterfall. Three mountain bikers climb Wyse Way at the West Avon Preserve. A heard of elk moves across the landscape at Gates Ranch.

EVLT's Future Conservationists program collaborates with other local organization including Walking Mountains Science Center as it helps to connect youth to permanently conserved land such as the Miller Ranch Open Space.

As I consider these scenes, which happen every day, ye ar after year, on land conserved by the Eagle Valley Land Trust, it strikes me how our work makes a real and tangible difference in our community. I am extraordinarily proud of our organization, its committed staff, and dedicated board.

Most importantly, I am thankful for our partners and supporters like you who make conservation of these important places possible.

Happy New Year from EVLT. Together, we are all making a difference, today and forever.

Sincerely,
Jim Daus
Executive Director
