CLIHTF is excited to connect our tenant community with training and career development opportunities available through One on One. These programs can help individuals build valuable skills, prepare for employment, and explore pathways to new career opportunities.

Training opportunities may vary, so please encourage your tenants to review the available programs below and register for opportunities that best match their interests and career goals.

Important: When completing the One on One interest or registration form, tenants should select or indicate Chicago Low-Income Housing Trust Fund (CLIHTF) when asked, “How did you hear about us?”

This helps One on One identify tenants connected through CLIHTF and helps us better understand how our community partnerships are supporting the households we serve.

CLIHTF's Quarter 3 Landlords of The Month

Important Reminder

Landlords with 2026 calendar year leases (1/1/26 to 12/31/26) that income recertifications are due October 31, 2026. This means that for any tenant over 18 years old staying in the unit next year, the landlord needs to obtain current income source documentation and input new monthly income in Trust Fund Central with a new Exhibit I-2.

2026-2027 Income Limits

Reminder: Households exceeding 35% AMI receive one year of transitional assistance, paying 1.5x their typical tenant portion while CLIHTF works with the landlord to transition the subsidy to a new unit.
