The summer is almost over and we’ve come to recognize a new normal: masks, social distancing, and limited travel. Despite these limitations, your Landlovers’ board is working on activities, fundraising, and social activities for everyone to enjoy.
The philanthropic needs in Savannah and on the island have never been greater, and we are working to raise funds to help meet these needs. It will take all of us working together to keep the momentum going in our 46th year. The best way you can help will be by renewing your membership to Landlovers. You can renew your membership by using the online form or by tubing a printed membership form.
In addition, you can make a cash donation to Landlovers (landingslandlovers.com/donate/). We have partnered with a local auction house for the period leading up to the 2021 Flea Market Intake. So, please be sure to donate your furniture, cars, boats, motorcycles, etc to the Flea Market Pre-Intake. If you have not yet renewed your membership, now is the time. The new membership year begins on September 1.

Landlovers Socials - Planning is Underway! |

The Social chairs have graciously volunteered. The dates have been chosen, and the venues have been reserved. Meticulous planning has ensued to provide fabulous and creative events for all Landlover members.
As is quoted often and very fitting for this environment, “The best laid schemes of mice and men often go awry” (Robert Burns).
We will continue to put our members safety and well-being at the forefront of our planning process for future social events. Each month in the Landlovers Newsletter there will be a status update of the pending socials.

Our Activity Directors and Chairs are working diligently and creatively to find safe ways to host Landlovers activities. Many of our activities have been delayed as we work to operate safely and in accordance with CDC recommendations. However, we are excited to report that certain activities are up and running and ready to entertain and support our members.
