• 9th Street between 2nd Avenue/3rd Avenue - ULURP application to the Department of City Planning for a proposed zoning map amendment from M2-1 to M1-4/R7A, a special permit pursuant to ZR 74-533 to waive required residential off-street parking, and a zoning text amendment to designate a Mandatory Inclusionary Housing Area and Mixed-Use District in order to facilitate a nine-story mixed-use development with 48 dwelling units and ground floor commercials space.
• 121-123 6th Avenue, Park Slope Historic District - Certificate of Appropriateness application to the Landmarks Preservation Commission for installation of visible railings at the roof and replacing existing leaded glass windows on the front facade.
•  483 Henry Street, Cobble Hill Historic District - Certificate of Appropriateness application to the Landmarks Preservation Commission for installation of a new, black steel rear deck with a glass canopy.
