Hi Tara,

It's day 5 of the MOVE 4 Kids Event and already over $200,000 has been raised and over 90,000 minutes moved! Thanks to so many of you for getting the event off to a great start.

October is Autism Awareness month across Canada. By making a commitment to the MOVE 4 Kids Event, you're helping spread awareness, acceptance and inclusion for youth with autism and intellectual disabilities. You're also ensuring there is free access to the MOVE by GoodLife Kids Program.

The MOVE Program has provided an amazing opportunity for my friend Landon. Below you can hear from his mom, Ashley, how Landon not only likes to MOVE it, but has used the MOVE Program to support his interest in trying other physical activity programs.

Whether you're already registered for the MOVE 4 Kids Event, or considering participating, Landon's story is your reason to:

  • Count your physical activity minutes to show your commitment to physical activity programming for youth with autism and intellectual disabilities
  • Raise a minimum $125 and give one youth 5 weeks of the MOVE by GoodLife Kids Program for free

If you haven't registered, there is still time to join, or donate to the MOVE 4 Kids Event, now until October 14.
