Lane Closure: Westbound I-10 

(Exit 26 - PPG Drive Overpass) - Calcasieu Parish

Calcasieu Parish - The Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development has announced a left lane closure of Westbound I-10 nightly from 8 PM - 5 AM beginning May 10, 2026, through May 12, 2026. The closure will begin at Exit 26, PPG Drive/Trousdale and end at the base of the PPG Drive overpass. 

Work will be conducted weather permitting. 

The closure is necessary for crews to install temporary barrier rail along the inside shoulder.

DOTD appreciates your patience and reminds you to please drive with caution through the construction site and be on the lookout for work crews and their equipment.

Area residents should exercise caution when driving, walking, or biking near an active construction zone.
