Lane Closure: Left Lane Belden St. &

I-10 Eastbound Entrance Ramp

Near Bilbo Street Intersection - Calcasieu Parish

CALCASIEU PARISH – The Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development has announced continuous left lane closure from 8:00 a.m. Wednesday, Feb. 11, through 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday, Feb. 18, 2026, along Belden Street near the intersection at Bilbo Street. The I-10 Eastbound entrance ramp from Belden will also be closed at this time.

A detour to continue along Belden Street to the Enterprise entrance ramp will be in place.

Work will be conducted weather permitting.

The closure is necessary for duct bank operations.

DOTD appreciates your patience and reminds you to please drive with caution through the construction site and be on the lookout for work crews and their equipment. Area residents should exercise caution when driving, walking, or biking near an active construction zone.
