Lane Closure Calcasieu Parish

CALCASIEU PARISH – The Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development announces the right and center lanes of I-10 Westbound near Milepost 31.2, Enterprise Boulevard, will be closed nightly. This will take place between the hours of 8 p.m. Sunday, May 4, 2025, to 5 a.m. Monday, May 5, 2025. Additionally, the Enterprise Boulevard and Kirkman Street I-10 Westbound entrance ramps will be closed.

All work is weather permitting.

Detour information:

Motorists can detour via I-10 Service Road to Church Street and Lakeshore Drive to access I-10 Westbound.

The closure is necessary for crews to perform repairs to guardrail and asphalt roadway.

DOTD appreciates your patience and reminds you to please drive with caution through the construction site and be on the lookout for work crews and their equipment. Area residents should exercise caution when driving, walking, or biking near an active construction zone.
