I-95 North Viaduct, Providence
We need to close Exit 22 off I-95 North and the on-ramp from Atwells Avenue to I-95 North to demolish portions of that ramp, Sunday-Tuesday nights, and Route 6 East and West (not concurrently), from Dean Street to Memorial Boulevard, along with alternating lane closures on both directions of I-95, Sunday-Thursday nights for bridge deck work. Follow signed detours.

Pawtucket/Central Falls Transit Center
We started installing the platform for the Providence bound trains and continued building the roofing system and exterior metal panel system along the elevator towers and pedestrian bridge. We also placed the canopy structural steel for the access ramps and the concrete surface for the bus hub.

Pell Bridge Ramps Phase 2, Newport
We recently changed the traffic pattern on Route 138 East just after crossing the Pell Bridge into a split configuration. Route 138 bridge work will continue behind barrier and may require temporary lane shifts along Third Street and JT Connell Highway. Traffic along Halsey Street will use the newly paved roadway, and shared use path construction near the cemetery will continue along the Newport Secondary Rail Line. Next weekend (June 24-26), we anticipate daytime and overnight roadwork with alternating lane closures along Admiral Kalbfus Road at the railroad crossing west of the roundabout. Flaggers and police details remain on site during these operations.

Route 6/10 Interchange Reconstruction, Providence
We’re scheduled to close Route 10 North at Route 6 the weekend of June 24. Next week, overnight demolition continues at the Amtrak bridge over Harris Avenue. Expect noise. Daytime drainage and electrical conduit installations and grading the new Route 6 West requires alternating lane closures on Route 10 South, from the 6/10 split to Union Avenue.

Safe Routes To School, Warren
Warren Bike Path users and those traveling on Barker Avenue should remain extra mindful of weekday pile driving on Barker Avenue, involving construction vehicles entering and exiting the work zones.
_
Washington Bridge, East Providence/Providence
Overnight left lane closures on both directions of I-195 and alternating one-way traffic on Valley Street under I-195 for median barrier placement and bridge deck repairs.
