Lane closure - I-210 WEST flyover ramp to I-10 WEST

Calcasieu Parish – The Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development has announced the Interstate 210 West flyover ramp is reduced to one lane, beginning Friday, September 25, 2026, and is anticipated to last through October 2027.



The left lane of I-210 West approaching the flyover ramp will have an 11-foot width restriction. Motorists can use the right lane of I-210 West to take Exit 1B to I-10 East, then to Exit 26 PPG Drive.

The lane closure is necessary for crews to construct new I-210 West to I-10 West flyover ramp. This work is associated with the Interstate 10 Calcasieu River Bridge replacement project.

DOTD appreciates your patience and reminds you to please drive with caution through the construction site and be on the lookout for work crews and their equipment. Area residents should exercise caution when driving, walking, or biking near an active construction zone.
