Hello, Collicot Cardinals! Our annual Lantern Walk returns later this month, and we need volunteers to help make this fun family tradition possible! If you're able to lend a hand that evening, we'd love your help! Even a little bit of your time makes a big difference in helping this event run smoothly.

Lantern Walk & Pumpkin Stroll - Both on October 30th!

Join us for a festive fall day at Collicot!

Pumpkin Stroll: Bring your favorite decorated or carved pumpkin with you to school in the morning to display along the walkway outside the Collicot main entrance! Please note, pumpkins must have school-appropriate decorations and must be picked up at the end of the day.

Lantern Walk: Grab your family and homemade lantern (or flashlight!) for an evening stroll around Cunningham Park! Costumes and siblings are welcome!

When: 6:15 p.m.

Where: Meet outside Cunningham Hall

Please note that all students must be accompanied by an adult.

Math League

Math League returns this fall! This before-school activity gives students the opportunity to strengthen their problem-solving skills, practice for the Continental Math League quizzes, and build confidence in a fun environment.

Schedule:

• 5th Grade: Tuesdays, 7:25–8:05 AM, starting on 11/17
• 4th Grade: Wednesdays, 7:25–8:05 AM, starting on 11/18
• 3rd Grade: Thursdays, 7:25–8:05 AM, starting on 11/19

Parent Volunteers Needed! Math League relies on parent volunteers to make the program possible. If you're available to help, please indicate your interest during registration. No special math expertise is required!

Veterans Day Assembly, November 10th

We would like to invite any Collicot-connected Veterans who have served in the Armed Forces to be recognized and honored by our school community. We recognize that every Veteran has different comfort levels regarding participation - we're happy to honor Collicot Veterans that are able to attend in person, and those we will honor from a distance.

November 3rd - Professional Development Day, No School

November 10th - Veteran’s Day Assembly, 9AM

November 11th - Veteran’s Day, No School

November 12th - PTO Meeting - Collicot Cafeteria, 6:30-7:30PM (Free Babysitting!)

November 18th - Early Dismissal at 12PM, Teacher Conferences K-12, PTO dinner for the teachers

November 20th - Thanksgiving Food Drive Sorting

November 25th-29th - Thanksgiving Recess, No School
