Mission College understands that access to laptops and internet connectivity is crucial for your online classes. We are here to support you in obtaining the technology you need to succeed.


Here are a few things to know about requesting a laptop and internet hotspot:

 

You can request a laptop and hotspot by visiting the following link and submit your request: Request Laptop and Hotspot.

 

After you submit the form, it will take approximately 24 to 48 hours to process your request, including approval, paperwork, and device preparation.

 

Our pick-up hours in the Telecommunications building (TAV), Room 140, are as follows:


  • Mondays through Thursdays: 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. (for pick-up, exchange, and return)
  • Fridays: 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. (for exchange and drop-off only)
