"Blank Check" Barry Gets Lobbying Gig With Harford County Public Library

It appears the Harford County Public Library has hired Deer Creek Government Relations, LLC (Former Harford County Executive Barry Glassman) to do lobbying for their agency in Annapolis. Though it is not unusual for taxpayer-funded entities to hire lobbyists to get even more of the taxpayer's money, this does highlight the revolving door of political patronage at the expense of the taxpayer. Hopefully Barry's fees are being paid by private donations to the library foundation and not directly from the taxpayer.
