Lots of little thoughts this week.

I have a blog thinking about the increasing trend toward " fake news," and the responsibility we have, as media creators and developers, to make sure we aren't making things worse. It's my lead story this week. Here's the link.

Thinking of developers, I had a long lunch with some folks from Adobe last week. We spent the entire time talking about Premiere, and, ah, Audition.  Anyway, I created an article from our conversation on how to optimize Premiere to maximize its performance. You'll find it in the Articles section, below.

Also, the folks at LME Collections sent me a note about new After Effects software that makes video walls on either Mac or Windows computers. Here's the link: lme-collections.com/VideoWallMakerGuide.html

Last week's webinar illustrated the workflow between Adobe Premiere and Adobe Audition for audio mixing projects. This was fun to present because it uses techniques that I use every week. I have an excerpt from this as part of my articles this week. However, the entire webinar is worth downloading - it has techniques in it to make your projects sound better than ever. Here's the link.

Next week, though, webinars take a hiatus. I'm deeply involved in creating some new training and need to stay focused on that. Webinars will be back soon.

However, the Digital Production Buzz is still creating great new shows every week. Last week, we looked a variety of new technology and trends that the rest of us need to watch. And, just as a heads-up, this week we devote the entire show to virtual reality. The Buzz is always fun listening! Here's the link to the last show.

Well, time for me to stop chatting and get back to work. I look forward to visiting with you next week. In the meantime, edit well!
