One of the many ironies of life is thinking after someone we know moves on that we should have spent more time with them, showed them more appreciation. That’s been my experience these last few months after announcing the closing of Famous4 at my current location. Folks are coming in and sharing stories and thanks for my exploits in Mill Valley and how much I have meant to them. It leaves me teary eyed and very grateful for my life in this very special place.

What’s Next?
I offer this as an answer...In a recent 'chance encounter,' a new client offered a card reading. I pulled 'The Void' below is a part of the meaning and explains my process, how I’m dealing with 'what’s next.' 'You’re being called to surrender to the mystery of what’s next. To rest, and to allow the winter of your life to do the work for you.' 'The Void often surfaces at the end of a chapter or life phase. When we’re called to let go of all that we know and identify with. When you’re in the Void it can feel scary – and as if you should be ‘doing’ something. However, when this card appears it’s a sure sign that the most productive thing to do is relinquish control and surrender to the changing mystery of your life.'
My shop closes on March 14th. PLEASE come shop, I’m offering ‘Great Deals’. I need all the help I can get, help support 'What’s Next.' Thanks for 32 amazing years, stay safe and see you at 'What’s Next.'
Much love comin atcha, Larry the Hat.
Dear friends,

It was 1989 when this journey began. I opened Famous4 in Mill Valley. I had about 5 friends I could count on and they were almost done with me. I was strung out on Drugs and alcohol. Truth be told, I was about done with me as well. I knew I had to do something or die. Irving, Les and Marty sat me down, suggested I check into a recovery center, I was ready and my miraculous life began.
What Recovery has meant to me, clean and sober, a life worth living, love, friendship, being respected by my peers, a life beyond anything I could have imagined.

 PS
Take note! I live in Mill Valley and will remain committed to producing these wonderful community events
• The Memorial Day Parade (Producer since 1992).
• Memorial Day Veterans Ceremony “Honoring all who gave their lives for our freedom”
  • KIDDO! “Day on the Green” concert at MVCC after the parade
  • The Annual (22 years) Mill Valley Community Block Party, Fashion Show and Fashion Police
Together, our community has raised awareness and over $1Million to support KIDDO! Arts education programs in our schools. NorCal fire victims, Breast and Prostate cancer research, Hurricane Relief and much, much more.
Beware! The Famous4 Fashion Police will be back patrolling our streets and parks protecting our kids from Bad Fashion offenders. We will insure they grow up understanding what it means to look good, inside and out.

Here’s a reminder of other events I helped create and produce for in Mill Valley:
