Pickleball Court Development
Working Group Charter & Application
The Board has approved the formation of an Ad-Hoc Working Group to explore the possibility of adding pickleball courts in Las Sendas.
The group will oversee a resident survey and impact studies, and provide recommendations to the Board by August 2026. Meetings will be open to residents, and updates will be shared to ensure transparency.

- No HOA funds have been committed or spent
- No construction will occur without Board approval
