Sierra Psychedelic Society Monthly Meeting

Join us for Sierra Psychedelic's monthly lecture series on January 17th with Kate Cotter. This talk will discuss the Working Group’s key findings, their recommendations for the 2025 legislative session, and a sneak peek at forthcoming legislation that could redefine the conversation around psychedelic medicine and mental health in our state.

We’ll also examine lessons learned from trailblazing states like Colorado and Oregon, the ongoing legislative efforts across the country, and the differences between the various levels of psychedelic policy reform–you’ll gain clarity on the often-confusing terrain of deprioritization, decriminalization, legalization, and regulatory frameworks. What are the trade-offs? Where does Nevada fit into the national movement? How can we ensure policies that benefit everyone?
