Vegetation Management helps REC Provide Reliable Electricity for Members

Every day our Vegetation Management Team works to clear the rights-of-way to maintain reliability. Through the end of October, the Team has cleared 1,300 miles of ROW in 2023. Their dedication to their role in providing you with safe and reliable power is unmatched!

Each year, REC offers $20,000 in scholarships to college students, trade school students and high school seniors planning to attend an accredited university or career & technical school. Applications for the 2024 scholarships are due Feb. 9, 2024 - apply today!

We've increased the solar capacity available. Want to support solar, but not ready to install panels? REC has an option for you, too, through Cooperative Sunshare.
