discuss two health care delivery models that enjoy significant
public support but lack the political traction necessary for
adoption and implementation. Panelists will provide
insight on the histories of the single-payer system which is
supported by state Senator Mark Leno, Sheila Kuehl, and others, and
the public option which was stricken from the historic healthcare
legislation passed earlier this year.
Please note that Coro welcomes the opinionated but does not
endorse any the opinions offered during this and other panels.
Coro is nonpartisan and serves an incubator of thought.

WHO
SHOULD ATTEND: Coro alumni and supporters; community
stakesholders; and anyone interested in the ongoing healthcare
debate.
