History
For the past 4 years, we've been deep-frying turkeys in store around the holidays. The Nashville hot flavors have been very popular. This year we have added several new flavors including Garlic Parmesan and Cajun Butter. Some customers will add a second turkey to their own traditional turkey meal. Some will have the deep-fried turkey as the main dish. Shawn, "Big Shake" loves cooking up the turkeys so my guess is that we will be doing this for years to come.
How will my turkey arrive?
All turkeys ordered between now and Monday will ship out on Monday. Your turkey will be shipped frozen and will arrive partially thawed. You will place the turkey in the refrigerator until you are ready to place it in the oven on Thanksgiving day.
