Dear Falcons,
There are only four days left until our Mandatory COVID-19 Testing or Vaccination policy becomes fully enforced on October 31, 2021. This policy only applies if you are physically coming to campus. If you access classes and services 100% online/remote, you are not required to provide proof of vaccination or submit to testing.
Don't forget, if you are vaccinated, you are required to upload your proof of vaccination to Optimum HQ no later than October 31, 2021 to come to campus this semester. If you need help uploading your vaccine card, please the check the “Steps to Upload Vaccine/Testing Documents” on the COVID-19 webpage. If you have questions, please email studenthealth@cerritos.edu.
If you are unvaccinated, visit the COVID-19 Testing Information page for mandatory testing information required to come to campus. Testing is required until the end of the semester.
