SPECIAL PRICES ALL MONTH LONG
This year, Sew Fair is going to be a little different. Sew Fair pricing on all Babylock sewing machines, quilting machines, embroidery machines and sergers will last all month long. All Horn, Koala, Arrow and Kangaroo furniture will be specially priced as well. Throughout the month, special guest speakers with lots of fun seminars will teach you, inspire you and possibly entertain you!

This will be a great time to get the machine or furniture you’ve been thinking about so come in prepared to take home the machine of your dreams!
We realize not everyone is ready to sit in a classroom with 100+ people and neither are we, so we’ve changed it up a bit. Please read the schedule carefully because some classes are repeated, unlike previous years. We are limiting seating for each class to 35 people so we can spread out. Sign up early and PLEASE, if you sign up and find out you can’t attend, please call and let us know as early as possible so we can fill the seat. Here are the dates, days and times of the seminars.
For the in-person classes, you may wish to pack a lunch, we will provide bottled water and of course lots of chocolate!

We’ll solve problems, learn to save time, eliminate trouble and make sewing more enjoyable..

We are pleased to welcome Maria Degroot from Checker Distrubutors! Maria has been sewing for over 40 years and machine quilting for 28 of those years. She worked for Nancy’s Notions for years teaching and demonstrating and sewing samples in the production room for the catalogs until 2019 when it closed. Now, she works for Checker, creating, demonstrating and teaching for Creative Grids and the Gypsy Quilter. She will also have Alyssa McCoy who is our notions and fabric rep to help her present.

A look with Maria at Creative Grid Rulers and all the things that make them so wonderful. Learn the difference between a ruler, template and a trim tool. She’ll demonstrate how trim tools are used, how to create a scallop border, and how to use the machine quilting tools in ways you may not have thought of, and lots of fun tips to make your sewing and quilting experience that much more fun.

Jeremy will cover what is a premium quilting fabric, what is chain store fabric. How can you tell good fabric from bad? How is Benartex fabric made? How to spot a fake Batik and a presentation of how batiks are designed and made in the facility on the Island of Bali, Indonesia. Next, you be the buyer: get to see some new collections being planned and vote on which ones you would consider buying. Attendees receive a goody bag with assorted 10x10s & 5x5s worth $60.00, plus fabric prizes will also be given out during the lecture.This will be a fun an informative lecture!
