Client Spotlight: Safe Journey Solutions Rolls Forward with Purpose

We are thrilled to celebrate the grand opening of Safe Journey Solutions, LLC, a new non-emergency transportation company founded by a group of long-time friends, military retirees, and public servants who have spent their lives supporting their community. After attending their first training with us in January 2024, the Safe Journey team fully embraced the entrepreneurial journey—participating in multiple trainings and taking advantage of our free one-on-one consultations with our small business advisors.

Serving Cumberland, Hoke, Scotland, and Moore counties, their mission is clear: to provide safe, reliable, and compassionate transportation for patients and residents—especially those with mobility or medical needs. Their handicap-accessible, gurney-equipped van sets them apart, and they also operate a comfortable 12-passenger van that can be booked for conferences, church outings, concerts, sporting events, and other group travel needs.

What makes Safe Journey truly special is the heart behind the business. Inspired by years of community service, military leadership, and law enforcement experience, they saw a need—and chose to meet it. Their journey with us helped them connect the moving pieces: from business planning and financial projections with Stuart, to pitch preparation, to the invaluable connections made during our Resource Day—“where all the people you need to speak with are in one place.”
