Can You Help Us Meet Our Goal? Campaign extended to Friday!
Wow! We have made even more progress! Thanks to all of you who have donated!
We have now raised $24,905! That is 71% of the way to our goal!
However, we want all our BPA students to experience the numerous high-quality educational opportunities our directors have planned for this school year! In order for that to happen we still need to raise $10,095, so we have extended the campaign to Friday, Nov 17 at midnight.
If we all work together during these critical last 4 days of our campaign
we can meet our goal!

Student Fundraiser | Last Day to Order Coffee!
|
Place your orders now! Sales will close tomorrow, Wed Nov 15 at midnight!
This is an important fundraiser for our BPA students if they are currently a freshman, sophomore, or junior. For every $14 bag purchased under their name, students will earn $6. That $6 is credited to that student's account and those funds can then be used for camp payments, or program fees in the fall, and they can even be transferred to a younger sibling when a student graduates. Sales without a student name or marked general will go to the music ASB account to help with music program support.
Choose from four delicious blends (in both drip ground and whole bean):
Arietta Blend - A Medium Roast with a mellow and smooth flavor. Notes of cardamom, tart, caramel and undertones of milk chocolate, strawberry and jasmine.
Tempest Blend - As a bold and strong French Roast, it accentuates a dark and full body with a smoky finish. Notes of caramel, toffee, orange and undertones of raspberry, hazelnut, and cinnamon.
Espresso Blend - A bright and smooth Italian roast. Perfect for silky smooth espresso or robust drip.
Decaffeinated - A French Roast that is smooth with a caramel finish. Notes of blackberry, almond, and toffee, and undertones of vanilla, cinnamon, and tangerine.
Orders can be placed online on the Schoolpay page (no account needed) here between October 18 – November 15. Coffee orders will be in the lobby of the PAC in bags with the student's name on them the night of their music performance in December (Dec. 12 - orchestra; Dec. 13 - band; Dec. 14 - choir). Students should then deliver the coffee to their customers.
Thank you for supporting the performing arts!

Basketball Games for Pep Band
The band will be playing for various boys and girls basketball games between November and January. Each student needs to attend five games, and they can sign up for which five of the ten possible games they would like to attend on the signup sheet in the band room. They wear their band t-shirts to these games. We will also need one or two parent volunteers to be around the band room area while the game is going on. Sign up here. See above dates for choices through December.

Everybody Loves Chocolate! | Next Student Fundraiser Has Started!
Want your BPA student to help raise money for their Spring Trip?
While we don't have the exact costs yet, we've estimated that each trip will cost at least $400 per student for transportation and lodging.
How does it work?
Students fill out this form, check out a box of candy, sell the candy for $1 bar, and then turn in $60. For each box sold, the student receives $24 credited to that student's account and those funds can then be used for the spring trip, camp payments, or program fees in the fall, and they can even be transferred to a younger sibling when a student graduates.
Jill will be available for checkout in the morning before school starts (8:15 to 8:40). Checkout will be at the uniform room door. A completed form is required to get a box.
Students are responsible for turning in the full cost of the box of candy, $60, whether they sell it all or not. They cannot turn in coins, all money should be bills or checks (payable to BPA).
All money is due Friday December 15th. The last day of school before winter break.

Newsletter and Communications Volunteers Needed!
We want to keep our community informed about upcoming events but we are currently running on a skeleton crew. Please sign up here if you're interested in learning more about our weekly e-newsletter and other digital communication platforms. Please sign up here if you're interested in learning more.
