Submission Deadline: Friday, August 25, 2023. All proposals will be reviewed for consideration by the FAFP CPD Committee.
 
The FAFP’s CME activities are designed to allow Family Medicine physicians and health care professionals the opportunity to update their medical knowledge, enhance clinical skills, and support their professional development through dynamic CME curricula.

JEDI Advisory Council - FAFP Members Wanted

The FAFP is seeking applications from members interested in serving on the JEDI Advisory Council. The council will consider internal and external policies and actions that ensure the FAFP is an organization committed to a culture that fully respects justice, equity, diversity, and inclusion (JEDI) across the Academy’s membership, leadership/governance, educational activities, and the community at large. The council will meet at least twice per year and report to the FAFP Board of Directors. Members interested are requested to complete a brief survey that includes your contact information and a short description of why you wish to serve. The deadline for responses is Friday, September 1, 2023. Any questions can be directed to FAFP EVP, Jay Millson ([email protected]).

Maui Relief Efforts

The Hawaii Academy of Family Physicians (HAFP) have created a website to support the Lāhainā wildfires relief effort. Any and all support is appreciated by our Hawaiian colleagues and their patients who have been impacted by this tragic event.

Register now for a stand-alone Virtual KSA Study Group (Care of Hospitalized Patients) on Thursday, October 5, 2023 from 6:30-9:00 pm EST. CLICK HERE to register. Deadline to register is Monday, October 2, 2023; 11:59 pm EST.

 

You will earn 10 certification points and 8 enduring (not live) CME credits after successful completion of each KSA; ABFM will award these certification points and enduring CME credits.
