As we reflect on the year 2024, Community Foundation of Northwest Mississippi celebrates the wonderful people who made this year even better than the year before. Since 2002, we have dedicated ourselves to the mission of "Connecting People Who Care With Causes That Matter" by establishing partnerships within the communities we serve and joining forces to take action that generates meaningful impact. We leave 2024 behind us with gratefulness for the love, generosity and support that you have shown us. We journey into a new year, 2025, with joy and kindness in our hearts. Thank you for being a part of our efforts to build up Mississippi!

If you would like to make a gift to be included in the 2024 tax/calendar year, donations must be postmarked by December 31, 2024. Please make checks payable to Community Foundation of Northwest Mississippi and mail to 315 Losher St., Suite 100 Hernando, MS 38632.

HOMES FOR THE HOLIDAYS

Before Christmas, Community Foundation of Northwest Mississippi reached a total of 20 homes that were purchased and donated to tornado survivors in the lower Mississippi Delta region. With partners like Boss Lady Pam Chatman, FEMA and over 100 donors supporting our Tornado Relief Fund, brighter futures are in store for survivors struggling to get back on their feet after losing everything in 2023.

By the end of TODAY, ALL of the FEMA manufactured homes that survivors have been living in will be purchased and donated to them, turning renters into homeowners as they enter the new year with a brand new start!

CFNM recognizes that home ownership is only one step towards a full recovery, and the work is NOT finished! In 2025, we look forward to new opportunities to support disaster relief efforts in Mississippi and beyond.
