Deborah Manning

Bergen Community College


Deborah Manning is the Dean of the Office Multicultural Services at Bergen Community College in New Jersey. Deborah and her colleagues create programs that empower underrepresented students, promote cultural awareness, and facilitate meaningful dialogues. She also enjoys building community connections and supporting student success through advocacy and mentorship; emphasizing the importance of fostering a supportive environment where students can overcome challenges and discover their passions as they pursue higher education.
