Thank you to the 110+ attendees (130+ for the receptions) who have already registered for the FIBCA Conference in Las Vegas, Nevada (April 2-4, 2025). We’re gearing up for another outstanding event, and we have some important updates to share:

- Our room block is now oversold, but the hotel still has higher rate rooms available using the group reservation link provided after registering—this won't last for long! Here are the new base rates available.

The fee is required for each person attending any of the meetings. Spouse attendance at only the receptions is complimentary.

Las Vegas International Airport (LAS) is the closest major airport. It's conveniently located just 15 minutes from the hotel. You'll find various transportation options, such as Uber, Lyft, and taxis, readily available at the airport.

$289 Green Fee, $95 Club Rental
Bali Hai Golf Club (On the Vegas Strip) - 18 holes of golf, round-trip transportation, and breakfast (at the course). The course is 10 minutes from the hotel. Plan for a 7:15 AM departure and 3:15 PM return to the hotel. The golf course is also 10 minutes from the airport if you are departing directly to the airport after golf. All of the groups will tee off at 8:45 AM (Shotgun Start).
