PROGRAM OVERVIEW

  • A 12-session program, with two Zoom meetings per month, from July through December 2021; approximately 48 hours of instruction and discussion
  • Sessions delivered by experienced women business owners, Capital One associates, and other subject matter experts
  • Reflective assignments where concept meets applicability
  • A 6-month relationship commitment with a Capital One Business Resource Partner
  • Professional business consultation with a small business banker
  • Introduction to Capital One’s Supplier Diversity and Procurement programs
  • A completed strategic business plan, budget, and digital profile
  • A graduation program where you will present your business to procurement professionals
Work Outside of Session Time:
  • Kick off call
  • Complete Brand Assessment Survey
  • Complete Financial Survey
  • Monthly One-on-one conversations with Business Resource Partners
  • Business Plan & Budget completion
Eligibility:
  • Active WBENC-Certified WBE (priority given to those certified in WBDC-Midwest region)
  • Completed at least three years in business
  • 3-year average revenue between $500K and $2 Million

Presentations & Graduation

The first session of each month will be all day, beginning at 9 am and ending between 3-4 pm (you will be provided the exact times prior to the program beginning).

The second session of each month will be from
9 am-12 pm.

December 14 will be from 9 am-12 pm
