HELP US FIX MEASURE H
To bring back a sustainable, safe, and competitive rental market in Pasadena, we need to put a ballot measure before voters in 2026.
A recent survey by FM3 (Fairbank, Maslin, Maullin, Metz) revealed strong support for change in Pasadena. Voters agreed that the Rental Housing Board should include an equal number of tenants and landlords, that the City Council should have oversight of rental housing regulations, and that rental housing fees should be capped.
Our ballot measure will deliver this, as well as promoting rentals of single-family homes left empty by Measure H, and closing the unaccountable and wasteful Rent Stabilization Department. The existing Pasadena Department of Housing would regulate the rental industry.
We can only do this with your financial support.
To those of you who have already donated, THANK YOU! Please help us bring back a fair and equitable rental market by making your total yearly contributions to $120 per unit for 2025—just half of the rental registry fee per unit.
