Share One, Inc. | October 2020
On September 24, 2020 our partner, CO-OP, posted ATM/Debit Card transactions (DAILY report) incorrectly to 36 Share One client databases. CO-OP readily admitted their fault in the unfortunate mishap, however, we had many residual issues with credit unions experiencing hundreds and in some cases, thousands of pages of mis-matched transactions.

After analyzing posting options, a team of four Share One employees went beyond the call of duty to assist our credit unions with a plan that included a specially written NSQuery, and the application of our Mass Fix system tool.

The process took several days to complete, with this team focused solely on this task. Many of our clients were saved hours of work with this solution.

We want to recognize these employees: Anita King, Nicole Curcio, Kevin Stanford, and Mark Weber for assisting our clients with this unfortunate event.

Thank You!

Anita, Nicole, Kevin, and Mark.
