Farmers Market Season Ends this Sunday!
The last Farmers Market of the season is this Sunday, October 10 - so time to stock-up! Visit the market at Mike Rylko Park from 8 a.m. - 12:30 p.m. for locally-grown produce, freshly-brewed coffee, artisan-made pastries and more. You can also enjoy family-friendly entertainment! Village Hall Closed October 11
Village Hall will be closed Monday, October 11 in observance of Columbus Day and Indigenous Peoples' Day. Normal business hours will resume Tuesday, October 12 from 8 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. Click here for information on Village services.
Fire Prevention Week

It's national Fire Prevention Week, and this year’s theme is 'Learn the Sounds of Fire Safety.' The Fire Department is sharing a variety of education on fire safety this week; stay tuned to our Facebook, Nextdoor and Twitter pages!
Emergency Rental Assistance Available
Applications for emergency rental assistance are now open in Cook and Lake counties. Eligible Cook County residents can apply herenow through Friday, October 29; eligible Lake County residents can apply here(Lake County accepts applications on a rolling basis).

Trick-or-Treat Hours
Sunday, October 31 is Trick-or-Treat Day in Buffalo Grove! This year's trick-or-treat hours are 3 - 8 p.m. Residents are encouraged to turn on exterior lights to show they welcome costumed visitors, and trick-or-treaters should only visit homes with lights turned on.
Fire & Police Host Halloween Drive-Thru
The Fire and Police departments are hosting a Trick-or-Treat Drive-Thru from 1 - 3 p.m. Sunday, October 31. Cars will drive through the Fire Station 26 lot, entering from / exiting to Deerfield Parkway. Passengers should remain in vehicles and have treat bags ready!
Cook County Small Business Assistance Webinars
The Cook County Small Business Assistance program invites small business owners to register for two free, 45-minute virtual business advising sessions at 11 a.m. on Thursday, November 18 and Tuesday, December 14.
