The Last Look Report

The S&P 500 has officially recovered from its first-quarter pullback, climbing past its February highs this morning.

All three TSP-related stock indices are showing solid gains of over 0.5% heading into the IFT deadline.

Investors also received a new inflation report—higher than the previous reading, but not notably driven by tariffs.

Meanwhile, trade negotiations between the U.S. and China appear to be gaining traction, adding another layer of optimism to the markets.

TSP Talk AutoTracker Members

Eight AutoTracker members have made IFTs today. All eight are committing 100% of their allocation to a single TSP fund. Two have moved to the G-fund, two to the C-fund, and three have moved to the S-fund.

Four of the IFTs today come from top 50 members:

txfan (24) pulled their 40% allocation of the C-fund into the G-fund today. They now hold 100% G-fund.

markerbeacon (47) moved to 100% C-fund today.

Kathy73 (19) left the safety of the G-fund to take on 100% S-fund.

chinook (29) also left the G-fund to take on 100% S-fund.

Two Top 50 members made IFTs after yesterday's Last Look Report:

matt88clone (34) pulled 45 percent of their allocation out of stock funds and into the G-fund. They now hold 60% G, 5% F, 5% C, 10% S, and 20% I-fund.

Top 2025 Returns and Allocations

Two members were knocked below the I-fund in the 2025 standings yesterday. Both members were invested mostly out of stocks and missed out on yesterday's gains. The remaining five hold no G-fund or I-fund shares and are heavily invested in the S-fund.

MRJ, nightman, and BHRUNIKH all hold 100% S-fund today.

Average Allocation of Top 5

G: 0.0%, F: 15.0%, C: 9.0%, S: 76.0%, I: 0.0%

Stock exposure among the top 100 jumped yesterday—likely due more to G-fund holders falling out of the standings than to active reallocations by members.

Average Allocation of Top 100

G: 27.2%, F: 3.6%, C: 24.0%, S: 30.3%, I: 12.6%

Here is an update on the June standings.

tsptalk's Market Talk - It's a little early but it feels like holiday trading has started already. China confirmed a trade deal with the US, but the PCE data was a little hotter than expected on the core side, however investors are showing no concern.

coolhand's Account Talk - This week's NAAIM reading shows the mean average falling almost 13 pts. That's not terrible if you're a bull because it still keeps the mean average in a bullish configuration.
