Join the Conversation: Schedule Compression and Out of Sequence Work!
October 30, 2023
| |
Instead of relying solely on U.S. data, Dr. Timothy Becker, in collaboration with Electri International, is embarking on a research project that seeks to gather insights directly from ECAO contractors.
Topic: Schedule Compression and Out of Sequence Work
Now more so than ever projects are being faced with supply chain disruptions, material and equipment delivery delays, and fluctuating labour availability. These challenges affect not only the electrical trade, but all trades involved, significantly impacting project schedules. Schedule compression and changes in work sequencing are among the key repercussions, and we want to explore how these changes affect electrical contractors.
What's In It for You?
Participation in this workshop will allow for your actual experiences along with your fellow ECAO and NECA contractors to be part of a research project funded by ELECTRI (who funds, coordinates, and monitors the electrical industry’s most critical research).
Calling All Ontario-Based Contractors!
We invite you to share your expertise and insights as Ontario-based contractors. Please note that there is a limited capacity of 20 contractors for this essential research project, so we encourage you to register promptly!
