Reporting to the Executive Council, the Executive Director will, under the authority of the Psychologists Act 1997: is responsible for the business aspects of the organization, including office management, finances, staff recruitment, supervision and evaluation.

Its members come from diverse backgrounds and are a reflection of the pluralism found among the children and families that they serve. This diversity is also reflected among a staff of 60+/‐ at the College, a College with an operating budget of approximately $10M.
Reporting to the Registrar & CEO, among other areas the Chief Operating Officer is responsible for developing strategies to increase efficiencies and operational effectiveness; ensuring the College’s ongoing financial sustainability; enhancing the College’s IT infrastructure; and, managing and mentoring direct and indirect reports including coaching, goal setting, recruitment, performance management, professional development and training.

The Bereavement Authority of Ontario (BAO) is a government delegated regulatory body that enforces the provisions of the Funeral, Burial and Cremation Services Act, 2002, (FBCSA) on behalf of the Ministry of Government and Consumer Services. Its mandate is to regulate and oversee the professional standards of licensed funeral establishment operators, directors and preplanners; cemetery, crematorium and alternative disposition operators; transfer service operators; and bereavement sector sales representatives across the province of Ontario.
The Team Lead, Trust Compliance provides leadership, guidance and support to the Trust Compliance team and oversees the timely processing of annual licence renewal and financial submissions, and the monitoring of care and maintenance and prepaid trust funds. The Team Lead is responsible for the maintenance of data integrity and is the go-to source for all reports related to financial submissions of BAO licensees.
