MANAGER, HUMAN RESOURCES
The Ontario College of Pharmacists (OCP), incorporated in 1871, is the registering and regulating body for the profession of pharmacy in Ontario. The College’s mandate is to serve and protect the public and hold Ontario’s pharmacists and pharmacy technicians accountable to the established legislation, standards of practice, code of ethics and policies and guidelines relevant to pharmacy practice.
The Manager, Human Resources is responsible for providing leadership on HR functions and processes including planning, implementing, managing and evaluating HR services, policies and programs to promote and support the goals and objectives of the College. Oversight of core HR portfolios including recruitment and staffing, manager and employee relations, policy development and documentation, compensation administration, benefits and pension programs, training, employee health and safety, employee wellness, change management and legislative compliance.
