We are seeking a self-motivated, goal-oriented professional who will act as the GM for NBCUDIC (New Brunswick Credit Union Deposit Insurance Corporation) along with compliance related activities within the Financial Institutions Division. This position will ensure that the NBCUDIC board of directors and the Corporation carry out the Corporation’s obligations in accordance with its statutory requirements under the Credit Unions Act, and to support the FI Division in the prudential supervision of loans and trust companies and credit unions.

Established in 2000, the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers is the regulatory body for over 23,500 social workers and social service workers across Ontario. The College serves and protects the public by regulating the practice of the professions and promoting ethical and professional practice. It does this by maintaining a public register; setting requirements for entry to practice; establishing and maintaining standards of practice; ensuring that members engage in ongoing learning; and maintaining rigorous complaints and discipline processes.

As the College looks to the future and to its strategic priorities, it is seeking a Deputy Registrar to strengthen its core functions and play a key role in leading the College through its next phase of growth and success. Reporting to the Registrar & CEO, the Deputy Registrar is responsible for registration processes and member services, as well as the financial, administrative and information management systems and the physical infrastructure which are needed to support the College’s mission and mandate. The Deputy Registrar is a key member of the executive team, and the designate responsible to act in the absence of the Registrar & CEO.
