Introducing SpringFest Expo 21: a series of live virtual workshops, discussions, and presentations designed to focus on a different aspect of your business each day, and to provide vital training for your entire personnel.
DLI has lent its support as a sponsor of the new program, and the SpringFest Committee has unveiled 3-day program from April 28 – 30th. The program will follow the same rough outline as the Fall version but features new speakers and topics.
SpringFest features one fee of $199 and includes training for the entire staff. Sessions are targeted for programming for managers, owners, and customer service personnel. Plants registering for the SpringFest will receive discounted registration for November’s FallFest ‘21.
The program will feature some of the industry's brightest stars including: Liz Davies, David Coyle, Jennifer Marquart, Kermit Engh, Bill Odorizzi, Mary Scalco, James Peuster, Jeff Jordan and more. One of the highlights is sure to be our keynote program which is a S.W.O.T. Analysis on the entire industry performed live. Other topics include "Consistency Leads to Customer Service Excellence", "Finding, Hiring, and Retaining Great Team Members, and "Branding and Reputation Management Strategies will Shape Your Future". The program also includes a Fireside chat: "How to Keep Up in a Down Market" with insights from DLI members throughout the country."
