NH Small Business Development Center 2020 Business Resiliency Survey - we had published the link to take the survey and now, here are the results. A key finding - most businesses did not have an emergency plan (although who would have seen this coming?) but will going forward. However, the pandemic has had silver linings with businesses taking a hard look at how they do business and adapting with new technologies and processes.
Speaking of adaptation...UVBA is looking at how we can do programming to help our businesses adapt. Let us know what information you need to move forward. E-commerce? Marketing? Technology? Email me - we want to find the experts you need.
