Join us on October 2 at 8:30 a.m. for a fun and interactive 45 minute workshop-style session where you and your team members will master 3 key tools you can immediately use to increase the chances of success when rolling out new plans to your company. 
Hang out with the Chapel Hill Young Professionals on October 6 at 6 p.m. At this event, Sarah Richardson will be leading the group in a virtual fitness class. This event is FREE.

This class will be a combination of strength and conditioning with the intent of improving your health and fitness while having fun! Modifications will be provided throughout the class to make sure everyone is able to participate safely and comfortably. All bodies are welcome in this class regardless of background, gender identity, or ability.
