Good morning!

While Labor Day weekend was extremely busy in pavement Late Model racing, and uninterrupted nationwide by weather, we couldn't say the same about this past weekend. The schedule was rather light anyway, at least when it came to major shows, and rain played a large part of the story in much of the Eastern time zone.

There were a number of racetracks which crowned their 2023 champions this weekend, including Wayne Helliwell Jr. in the Pro Stock/ Super Late Model class at Lee NH (Rich Hayes photo). By the way, we'll have a number of track and touring champion stories beginning in mid-December.

The story links aren't too numerous here, but we do have a few, plus all of the results and some photos for you. We'll have a handful of exclusive winners' stories in your inbox Wednesday.

Please check out the advertiser messages, and then the weekend results. Have a great week!
