Chinese medical thought includes great wisdom about how we can live in the most healthy and happy way possible. Acupuncturists often ask patients to make some changes in their diet in order to enhance the effectiveness of treatments. Though there are particular dietary remedies for certain energetic conditions, there is also a basic healthy diet that will benefit most everyone.
