The motor court at Spokane Falls Tower is designed for more than convenience. It sets the tone from the moment you arrive. With integrated guest parking and immediate access to the building, every arrival feels smooth, intuitive, and quietly refined. A pinecone sculpture sits at the center, bringing a touch of the Pacific Northwest to every arrival.

Flooring installation is underway on Level 3 as the lower levels move closer to completion, with final finishes expected within the next month. Work continues to progress upward throughout the building, with multiple trades advancing in sequence Outside, brickwork is nearly complete. In the coming weeks, the brick will be cleaned and sealed, followed by removal of the hydrolifts—bringing the building’s classic brickwork into full view with a clean, refined finish.
