The elevators are two times faster than any other elevator in Spokane with a top speed of 500 feet per minute or 1.2 seconds per floor. The elevators are manufactured by KONE of Finland.

Every access point is secured with keyless advanced electronic locks. System includes encrypted credentials for multiple users.

The concrete for the 4th level was poured last week. While the tower structure starts moving vertical, other trades are beginning to follow the concrete as the first level garages have now been framed and mechanical and electrical are being run throughout the first two levels. The steel emergency exit stairs have also been installed and some of the site work is also following suit, with light pole bases being installed last week. Lincoln Street is also closed for a few weeks while the new sewer line is being installed. The sewer will be completed before Hoopfest weekend.
