Welcome to the latest Spokane Falls Tower update! Captured by Loreen from Friends of the Centennial Trail, this stunning sunset moment highlights the dedication of our construction team as they carefully unloaded a bundle of reinforcing steel. With every step forward, we’re shaping a new chapter for Spokane’s skyline. 

We have completed the concrete for Level 1 and are officially out of the ground! All of the below-ground infrastructure has been installed and the walls for Level 1 have been completed as well. With this level being completed the size of the building and specifically the size of the private garages are now much easier to visualize. The tower is beginning to go vertical with part of Level 2 being poured, and Level 3 will be completed later in March.

The post tensioning cables and reinforcing steel are currently being installed as shown in the picture above.
