First finishes are going in. Painting and floor tile installation have begun on Level 3, with drywall starting on Level 5. Exterior framing has reached Level 12—the top level—while interior framing is underway on Levels 11 and 12. Mechanical, electrical, and plumbing work continues across Levels 6 through 10. Brickwork is progressing on Level 9, and window installation is underway on Level 8.
