Here is the latest real estate sales data for the five villages of Dennis for the period of November  1,  2016  through November 30, 2016.

November sales results continue the 2016 trend with single-family sales increasing +15%  while median prices declined -5%. Of the 35 sales in November only one property sold for over $750,000 and fewer than 1/3 were in the villages of Dennis and East Dennis. With inventory dwindling to less than 5 months supply, the market is signaling the approach of rising prices.  As interest rates trend upward, prices and activity are expected to follow suit.
