On Cat Edgerton and the Breen Center For Optimal Health
Cat Edgerton is a Certified Nutritionist and serves as the in-house Lead Nutritionist at the Breen Center for Optimal Health located in Irvine, CA. She’s the creator of our proprietary FEEDTHESOUL Nutrition Program™. FEED THE SOUL™ is also available separately and will soon be offered to people around the globe with our online, virtual version, FEED THE SOUL ONLINE™.

Helping others achieve optimal health and reach their full potential fuels Cat’s undying passion for nutrition education. She strongly believes in the transformative and healing power of a whole foods diet. In addition, she experienced her own personal transformation on every level – body, mind and spirit, using the exact practices she promotes.

Cat has worked with Share Our Strength’s No Kid Hungry campaign, a non-profit organization dedicated to ending childhood hunger. Currently, she’s contributing her time and energy full time within our practice. Cat is also a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT 200), an Integrative Neuro Linquistic Programming (NLP) Practitioner, board certified by the Association for Integrative Psychology (AIP). In her free time, Cat enjoys rock climbing, hiking, and camping with her husband and all things interior design!
